Graduate Admissions; The Graduate School is looking to recruit an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Admissions Coordinator III to serve as a member of the graduate admissions team. This position is primarily responsible for providing an advanced level of admissions support to the graduate admissions leadership team by developing queries and reports to make technical changes within Slate. This position will also aid in improving admissions efficiencies to better support our college clients.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support year-round updates/configuration of the online application system. Work directly with Information Systems Specialist and department senior staff to determine and execute technical changes to Slate that improve processing efficiencies.
· Create reports in collaboration with Graduate Admissions Manager to audit and support proactive, consistent admissions processing by the Graduate Admissions team.
· Assist graduate admissions leadership team in the development and implementation of Slate training resources and sessions for faculty and staff.
· Support graduate admissions leadership team with troubleshooting and resolving internal staff help ticketing system.
· Using an Application Management System (Slate), collect, package, and electronically disseminate to colleges and departments a sub-set of approximately 14,000 applications annually for admissions decisions.
· Determine foreign degree equivalency, tuition classification, citizenship status, transcript validity, and other enrollment related tasks for newly admitted graduate students.
· Review official admissions data via Axiom before imported in Banner.
· Enter and manage admissions data in the Student Information System (Banner) and generate decision letters.
· Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating graduate admissions related events, such as webinar information sessions and New Graduate Student Orientation.
Qualifications
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years admissions/events-related experience; or a high school diploma/GED and six (6) years administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Experience in an admissions office, especially graduate admissions.
· Experience processing applications within an online application management system such as Slate or CollegeNet.
