```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the daily operations of a nursing home facility - Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met - Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care by nursing staff, ensuring adherence to resident rights and quality standards - Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being, adjusting care plans as necessary - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for residents - Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards - Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively ```Requirements``` - Proven experience in a leadership role in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of nursing home operations, regulations, and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff members - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual resident needs - Proficiency in medication administration and other nursing procedures - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities - Budgeting experience is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
