RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the Manager of Distribution Services, provide Administrative Support to the Mission Delivery department.
Monday and Friday, in-person at MSAA home office:
- open, date, and sort mail
- scan MRI applications as well as invoices
- when requested by other departments, mail MSAA materials
- package materials for shipping in support of MSAA events
- manage the process for return-receipts of returned items for the Cooling and Equipment program, including processing returns and updating information in Salesforce
Under the direction of the Manager of Client Impact Operations, respond to email inquiries including research, resolution, and recording of information in Salesforce.
In support of Board Meetings as well as the annual Benefit, provide Administrative Support to the President and CEO, and the Board Members, as well as the Development department for the annual Benefit.
- Arrange travel (including hotel and related needs) for board members as well as other MSAA staff and guests
- Coordinate in-person board meetings including dinners, meeting-day arrangements, and technology
- Provide support for coordination MSAA’s board reports
Other work as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Commuting distance of MSAA headquarters (375 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, NJ)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent coursework/experience
- Self-motivated, and eager to learn
