This position is primarily remote, with corporate office in Savannah, GA. Candidate must be able to attend in-person team meetings in Savannah at least once per week, sometimes more than once per week.

Job Summary:
- Answer phones & route calls to appropriate team members; read incoming correspondence & route to appropriate team members.
- Organize file systems (including confidential material), and file correspondence and other records in electronic databases.
- Address employee issues/concerns and provide instruction and support for employees needing assistance with routine tasks, such as accessing payroll employee profiles (on Paycom) and requesting time off within personnel management platforms.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all hiring paperwork is successfully completed, filed, and entered into systems as instructed. This includes verifying I-9 documents, entering through E-Verify, and helping new employees access their Paycom employee account.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, records and required materials, and prepare appropriate files for electronic submission.
- Respond to employment verification requests & process unemployment claim documents that require payroll information to be updated; help route correspondence for garnishments and other employee personnel documents.
- Provide administrative oversight on time logs in timekeeping databases; follow up with employees or supervisors when there are missed punches or entries. Audit time entries daily to ensure clock-ins/clock-outs align with scheduled shift times and follow up with appropriate personnel when there is a misalignment or question to clarify so all timesheets reconcile with schedule.
- Adhere to company policies related to compliance with employment laws and procedures. This may also include uploading various documents to employee profiles throughout their course of employment – such as disciplinary forms, termination forms, or other applicable documents needed to keep in their personnel file.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of prior experience in an Administrative Support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & MS Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain flexibility and openness with a positive attitude toward a growing business.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet firm deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail as required for payroll and data entry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage company incoming and outgoing phone calls, text messages, and voicemails and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to questions & concerns.
- Experience in managing a payroll/HR database; Paycom experience is a plus.
REDCON Solutions Group is a small and growing team; as we grow, new infrastructure may be developed and changed regarding the details of this position - but overall function of the supporting services this position will be responsible for will not change. On an annual basis, the position will be evaluated, and its job description updated to reflect any changes. Substantial change to requirements and responsibilities will be taken into consideration regarding merit increases but will be directly related to successful acquisition of both new business and sustained sourced personnel.
