Job Summary:This position provides support and coordination to members of the OSPIE team in fulfilling the mission and goals of the office. Duties include managing the daily operations of the office, performing administrative and support functions including maintaining calendars, ordering office supplies, monitoring and reconciling budgets, organizing and facilitating meetings, including recording and distributing meeting minutes, assisting with organization and submission of accreditation documentation for SACSCOC, providing ongoing project support, and coordinating administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate. Individual should demonstrate possession of professional and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to interactions. Professionalism and leadership qualities are required to perform duties with minimal supervision after training.
