Job Description
Perform diversified and confidential secretarial, administrative and or staff support services.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Provides secretarial and or administrative support to assigned staff personnel with high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
2. May assist with staff managing workflow by scanning, highlighted and prioritizing incoming correspondence, e-mail, verbal requests, etc. and engage in subsequent follow-up of action items.
3. Screens telephone calls, initiates routine correspondence, resolves routine inquiries.
4. Coordinates meeting activities, prepares travel arrangements, expense accounts and processes invoices in a timely manner
5. Prepares and presents reports as required.
6. Maintains effective partnering relationships with other administrative support personnel ensuring a high level of teamwork and sharing appropriate information.
Basic Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years experience OR 1-3 years experience with an Associate Degree
2. Proficiency using MS Office Word.
3. Ability to maintain confidential information.
4. Ability to prioritize work assignments with flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to a changing environment.
5. Ability to clearly convey verbal and written material.
6. Ability to maintain cooperative and tactful in stressful situations.
7. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
