Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing or walking with
objects up to 25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of
time with repetitive motions (such as typing); work with individuals from various
backgrounds; and provide superior customer service.
Shift
Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) (40 hrs/wk). This is a hybrid position.
Job Summary
The Admin Support Associate II/UKHC will complete the day-to-day administrative tasks for the UK HealthCare Kentucky Regional Extension Center and the Healthy Kentucky Initiative. This includes: developing PowerPoint presentations; typing correspondence; scheduling meetings; retaining records; maintaining very busy calendar(s); coordinating all travel and meeting arrangements; serving as the operational coordinator for internal team meetings as well as meetings with external stakeholders; and assisting with the daily operations both the Kentucky Regional Extension Center and Healthy Kentucky Initiative and other special projects as assigned.
This is a hybrid position.
An IEBC is being considered.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize various applications including SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication skills; and respect for confidentiality and diversity.
