Creative Health Services is offering a $500 sign-on bonus. This will be given to you in your first pay. A second $500 bonus will be provided upon the completion of your 90 day probationary period.
In addition to the sign-on bonus upon hire, you will also be eligible for additional bonuses throughout the year.

Job Overview: Creative Health Services is looking for a full time Administrative Support position. The position is Monday-Thursday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM and on Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Takes incoming calls and messages.
• Consumer Check-in for their appointment.
• Consumer Check-Out including making next appointment.
• Taking consumer payments.
• Fill out proper releases with consumers at the front desk.
• Providing doctors with charts for days scheduled appointments.
• Uploading documents into the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, and Training Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must have clerical skills
• Needs to be able to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
