Summary
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (Operations Lead) in the Navy ERP Financial IT Services Program of PEO MLB SOLUTIONS.

Duties
  • You will support the ownership and control of developing, managing, and executing operational work streams, resources, and provide recommendations and advice to leadership in the management of Navy ERP Core Services
  • You will collaborate with various managers to ensure successful integration of development projects into sustainment.
  • You will collaborate with internal/external personnel and agencies at various levels of responsibilities to perform strategic management of Navy ERP Core Services and resources.
  • You will conduct risk management analysis activities to ensure to mitigate, monitor, and control the probability or impact of cost, schedule, and performance risks or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
  • You will support development and execution of Navy ERP Core Services ensuring integration of development projects into Navy ERP releases.
  • You will develop business impact, transition and migration plans of action and milestones.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting the planning, distribution, and management of Navy ERP Core Services resources or equivalent (e.g., funding, manpower) to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

This position is in the Personnel Demonstration Project under authority of Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978.
The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions. Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 3), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 14 at either $153,299 or $171,267 (Adjusted Pay) .
This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
