Lumark has an exciting opportunity for a Courier – Administrative Specialist to join our growing team working at the highest level at the Federal Aviation Administration onsite 4-5 days a week.
Qualifications:
- Federal government background providing Administrative Support at the executive level.
- Comfortable interfacing with Government, Congressional, and private sector clients at all levels.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to commute to Washington, DC on a daily basis.
- High school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant federal experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Active Secret Clearance.
Job Requirements:
- Utilize a government-provided vehicle to manage FAA employee visa requests with foreign embassies and coordinate official passport requests with the Department of State Passport Office.
- Receive and carefully review official passport and visa applications for official travel.
- Capture official passport photos.
- Organize and monitor visa and passport applications.
- Draft official memos for passport and visa matters to the Special Issuance Agent at the Department of State.
- Provide FAA employees with guidance regarding Embassy updates on visa applications for different countries.
- Offer office support and document preparation using various data systems and software.
