ALMA is a Legal Services startup company based in Washington, DC. We primarily service high-end law firms. Our mission is to simplify, expedite, and upgrade the customer experience for government applications, court services, and international certifications.
We are seeking an Administrative and Client Services Specialist for our growing business. This individual will serve as the primary and first point of contact specifically for Process Serving logistics. This will include the intake of client service orders, the data entry of each client’s service orders online, the coordination and completion of services, and the creation of legal affidavits required by the courts. Additionally, this Specialist will also be responsible for managing local process servers, couriers, and national vendors as well as performing additional administrative duties including printing and preparation of service documents, scanning of important legal documents, and mailing of original affidavits.
This position would be a good fit for candidates who are:

This position will start on a part-time basis (approximately 2 months) of paid training. If the position is a good fit, the role will then transition to full-time hours as a Specialist. The position will be mainly remote, however there is some work required in downtown Washington, DC. Candidates must reside in the DMV areaand be fully able and willing to commute in as needed for certain client requests and mailing support.
Job Duties will include:
· Serve as primary point of contact for all Process Serving inquiries and orders
· Administer all service requests
· Log all orders and court case details in ServeManager CRM
· Dispatch orders to local and national process servers
· Ensure timely completion of services
· Ensure local and national process server vendors follow jurisdictional rules and procedures
· Create affidavits and returns for court filings
· Create mailings
· Administer office printers and scanners
Qualifications
· Some college preferred but not required
· Previous management experience- open to any industry that required management of vendors, employees, processes, projects, etc.
· Must be strong using computers. Previous experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred
Compensation Two months part-time paid training at $18 an hour. Full-time position compensation will be $50,000-$55,000.
