Job Duties:
- Assist in the launching of the iLab Culture of Innovation Series
- Develop innovation assets (tutorials, one-pagers, guides) to support event themes/topics
- Create marketing materials like emails, flyers, and blurbs to support CoI events
- Using generative AI to develop prompts and GPT Bots
- Building templates for impactful AI prompts based on job role
- Conduct general administrative tasks
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems
- Familiarity with generative AI (Ex: ChatGPT)
- College rising sophomore, junior, or senior
- Attends an HBCU or PBI
- Ability to work remotely
- Own or have access to a computer with Microsoft Office and internet
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Planning and organizing skills
- Team player, collaborative, trustworthy
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
