American Dermatopathology Laboratory has an immediate opening for a long-term Administrative Office Associate or executive (depending on experience). Applicants in the Dayton area are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Office Associate, a typical day might include the following:

• Efficiently completing transcription as dictated by the physician
• Accurately entering data including patient demographics and clinical information
• Delivering excellent customer service to patients and providers
• Ironing out billing issues that can arise with patient insurances
• Maintaining HIPAA and government compliance when completing any task

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and precision

Ability to accurately type at least 60 wpm

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma as a minimum, associates or bachelor’s degree in business or health information management is useful, but not required.

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am– 5:00 pm (during training)
