• Excellent Communication skills with ability to build quick rapport with customers.
• Ability to connect via phone, email and text to convert our buyer prospects into buyers who are ready, willing and able to buy!
• Set qualified appointments.
• Quick response times to our clients.
• Fielding inbound calls as well as making outbound calls.
• Multi-task in an environment where speed, preciseness and positive attitude are a must.
• Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Have a positive, learning based mindset.
• Team oriented and the ability to work independently with good problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Real Estate License or the ability to obtain a license.
• Display a people oriented, positive and customer focused attitude.
• Familiarity of the area real estate market.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
