Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication skills with ability to build quick rapport with customers.
- Ability to connect via phone, email and text to convert our buyer prospects into buyers who are ready, willing and able to buy!
- Set qualified appointments.
- Quick response times to our clients.
- Fielding inbound calls as well as making outbound calls.
- Multi-task in an environment where speed, preciseness and positive attitude are a must.
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Have a positive, learning based mindset.
- Team oriented and the ability to work independently with good problem solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Real Estate License or the ability to obtain a license.
- Display a people oriented, positive and customer focused attitude.
- Familiarity of the area real estate market.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies.
- High school diploma or college degree preferred.
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
