What you can expect:
This is a full-time position requiring 40-hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. There may be occasional, but limited weekend work required to meet deadlines; you must be flexible. Upon request, work from home accommodations would be considered.

How you will make an impact:
- Open & assign proposal numbers and prepare new projects for scouting & setting fees
- Draft proposals for review
- Take and prepare meeting minutes
- Maintain inventory of equipment and general office supplies
- Coordinate expense reports
- Coordinate general office tasks such as office maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of mail services (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring to Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc
Education:
- High school diploma or GED is required. A higher education or certificate is desirable.
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Above average to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint in additional to PDF applications such as Adobe or Foxit.
- Must be detail oriented including, grammar, spelling, composition and proofreading.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conceptual-thinking skills.
- Willingness to pitch-in and help in other areas of the office as needed.
