Robert Half is actively seeking Office Admin candidates to fill a role in Woburn, MA! The ideal Administrator will have experience managing a high volume of calls, and will be experienced in data entry. The successful candidate will be very detail oriented and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Having a great attitude and a keen eye for details is essential to succeeding in this role. Quick learners are expected to do very well here!
o Assist with the preparations of any of the following items for night shift team:
o Driver checklist & Ridership report collection
o Updates to clients on delays in service per established guidelines
o Answer calls for Dispatch on TransAction phone line
o Communicate with drivers as needed via two-way radio.
o Take calls from drivers reporting service issues or delays
o Respond to customer inquiries (passengers, stakeholders, dispatcher, drivers) via phone and email
o Record all service issues and relevant notes in Dispatch log
- Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED
- A minimum of 1 year of similar or related experience with high volume dispatching experience
- Handle competing/multiple priorities
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
