We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to join our team!
This entry-level position primarily involves performing clerical tasks such as scanning, printing, and saving files to the server. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn, as they will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks, including scanning, printing, and copying documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Save and retrieve files from the server as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support to various departments within the organization as directed.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Follow established procedures for document management and record keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
