Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and photocopying
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Schedule appointments and maintain the Outlook Calendar
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as needed
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative secretary or similar role
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
