We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Duties include:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages as necessary, checking voicemails
- Communicate with Vendors & Clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
-Data entry with Quickbooks software, Excel & Word
-Checking emails daily, corresponding with Vendors & Clients if necessary
-Completing daily tasks independently
Skills, preferred not necessary
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Yahoo, & Quickbooks
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Strong communication skills
