Job Description Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - for Luxury Custom Home Builder

Sabatello Construction of Florida, Inc. is a Luxury Custom Home Builder that is celebrating their 47th year in business in Palm Beach Gardens.

Job Description:

• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Maintain reception area and conference room
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Receive all deliveries
• Maintain Client and Subcontractor files
• Provide clerical support to all office staff
• Assist with data entry and permitting

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Home Building Industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer proficient in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Sage a plus
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English
• Possess a valid Florida's Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
