Aloha! A well-known company in the electrical industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to assist their company.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri, day shift, flexible start and end time
Job type: Temp to hire
Location: Sand Island
Parking: On-site
Job duties include the following:
- Keep track of materials for projects
- Keep track if invoices from suppliers
- Keep track of deliveries to customers
- Keep track of shipping dates
- Keep track of flow of materials
- Prepare delivery receipts, invoices
- Prepare reports
