JOB SUMMARY:
Administrative Assistant Floater will support the Administration by performing the following duties:
Supports Managers in all departments doing various clerical task
Greet Visitors
Answer phones
Make copies/Filing
Handing out paperwork
Post office runs, and supply runs to local stores
Writing letters, updating documents, and/or documentation of meetings and other events
Basic Inventory
Hands out keys and Radios
Calendaring of Meetings
Receives small packages and Amazon/UPS/Fed ex deliveries
Perform various clerical task in support of Food Safety/Safety Departments
Perform various clerical task for the Dock in Silo
Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities can be applied at any time.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position.
May require some overtime.
Monday thru Friday
Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Previous office and administration experience is required.
Working knowledge of MS Office is required.
Computer/Technology Savvy
Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Good Organization skills.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma is required.
Mathematical Skills
oAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
oAbility to compute percentages.
Computer Skills:
o Computer knowledge, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
