Responsibilities
· Provide routine administrative support to the service department and other departments as needed.
· Answer phones, send emails and IM service notifications, and develop mailers when needed.
· Accurately track, record and confirm scheduled services after it has been completed.
· Provide timely and effective communications to internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of customer satisfaction by displaying courtesy, responding promptly to customer needs and a show of eagerness to satisfy.
Requirements
· Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.
· Full comprehension of MS Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Knowledge of Service Fusion is a plus!
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, detail oriented and goal oriented.
· Ability to collaborate, build relationships, multitask and adapt to change.
· Executes at a high level and has a proven track record of reliability, success and a willingness to help others.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
· Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
