```Duties```
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support to clients or customers
