Our office has an immediate opening for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to assist in the day-to-day activities by performing various administrative duties.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have knowledge and proficient in general office procedures and use of office equipment.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized
- Able to perform task on their own, comfortable to take responsibilities without having to be continually directed.
- At least 2 years experience in office administrative duties
- Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform tasks.
- Possesses good verbal and written skills
- Ability to multitask several assignments simultaneously.
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain paper and electronic filing
- Answer incoming calls. Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential clients
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients
- Maintain appointment calendars
- Maintain project records and data base
- Maintain and update project trackers via Excel
- Submitting estimates/invoicing
- Provide assistance to managers
