We're looking for experienced, part time Administrative Assistant to support our admin and accounting teams with office tasks as needed. This is an in office position located in Westlake Village for Monday through Friday from 10 am - 2pm, for $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and ensuring timely responses.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Inputting and maintaining accurate data in databases, Quickbooks online, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring data integrity and organization.
- Record keeping and Filing: Maintaining organized records and files, both physical and electronic, and retrieving information as needed.
