Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer support
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Utilize Google Suite and other software to create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing

- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a bonus
- Strong clerical skills
