Administrative Assistant

Chiropractic office located in Midtown Manhattan.

We are looking for someone with exemplary customer service skills with a positive attitude, friendly smile, and a drive to take on any task to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Managing a muti-line phone system

Schedule client appointments

Assist with daily office flow

Assisting with hands on patient care, including chiropractic therapies

Ability to multi task

Strong communication skills with clients as well as other team members

Part time with full with possibility

Tuesday 9:45am-7pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 11am-7pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
