Administrative Assistant - Patient Services

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is the internal staffing agency for the Johns Hopkins Health System and partner hospitals, providing temporary support to a variety of the Johns Hopkins locations. HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:00 - 4:30
LOCATION: Howard County General Hospital - Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, Maryland
Requirements

• Setting up meetings
• Creating agendas
• Routine ordering
• Answering and directing calls
• Meeting with clinical resource department
• Managing calendar
• Taking meeting minutes

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 3 years experience with administrative support in a hospital setting
• Go-getter attitude
• Independent
• Communicates well/Well-spoken
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible and comfortable around patients who are in an emergency setting
• Positive attitude
