PRP Wine International, a national wine retailer, is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant for our corporate office, located in Naperville, IL. The Administrative Assistant will support our Marketing/Design Manager and Sales Administrator.

- Experience and aptitude with computers and software, including Word, Excel, and other programs in Microsoft 365/Office suite of products
Job duties will include:
- Create and administer various reports in Excel
- Help maintain projects calendar
- Monitoring and ordering various material and supplies
- Work with staff on researching gift ideas, supplies, etc. for various events
- Support Marketing/Design Manager and Sales Administrator in various duties (spreadsheets, tracking of orders, customer e-mails)
- Shipping various packages for Corporate sales support staff
- Help maintain and keep inventory in shipping/storeroom
$15.00/hour
Part-Time - 25 - 28 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
