- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
2. **Payroll Processing:**
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and process employee hours, deductions, and adjustments.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll procedures.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and concerns from employees.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies.
3. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
2. **Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR assistant, or in a similar role.
- Previous experience with payroll processing is highly desirable.
3. **Skills:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Knowledge of payroll software and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
