Albany Management has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant ofResidential Locations for our four apartment communities.
You must enjoy working with others, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be team oriented and customer focused. Attention to details is a must. This is a professional work environment in a continuously growing organization!
This position supports the Property Manager in covering four local residential apartment communities, sometimes on short notice, so adaptability to different locations and people is a must. Punctuality, a sense of humor and organizational skills are also essential. Customer service skills are key. If you enjoy helping people and want to work with a great team, this position is for you.
Responsibilities include:
Covering Rental Offices during staff absences and assisting Rental Managers
Assist in showing and leasing apartments
Property inspections
Answering phones
Working on special projects at all communities
Drafting correspondence
Report preparation and data organization
Maintaining inventories
Filing
Any tasks to ensure that the company operates smoothly.
Required Skills:
Microsoft office – Word and Outlook experience required. Excel experience is a plus.
Driver’s License and Vehicle required.
Two years of customer service experience preferred; sales experience is a plus.
Property management experience is helpful but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
