Looking to fill shifts of Monday through Friday.
Paid lunch and break
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Confirmation calls- follow up calls to existing customers
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to office shared duties
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- phone sales and knowledge of chimney cleanings, and repairs is helpful but not a requirement
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position helpful but not required
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, excel helpful
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
