Administrative Assistant- Residential Production Dept.
We are seeking a results-driven Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will serve as the point of contact for our customers and be expected to liaise between Sales Project Managers, homeowners, management and other team members to ensure a successful customer experience. You must possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, have great communication skills and be able to work proficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls and route accordingly
- Responsible for providing all levels of support with permitting process for all trades to the production department
- Review photos sent in at job completion for permit closure
- Maintain a log of all permit
- Payment of all fees related to necessary permits
- Schedule dumpsters for open projects
- Assist the production team with work orders and/or material orders as needed
- Attend daily and weekly production meetings to ensure you're up to speed on all open jobs
- Tracking and communication of all corrective actions
- Managing workflow of jobs to ensure an efficient project transition
- Strong organizational skills to manage jobs that are in multiple stages of the process
- Strong working knowledge of insurance claims process for exterior home restoration, including roofing repair and replacement

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiencies with technology (email/phone/laptop/contact management systems)
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word & Excel
- Construction knowledge and experience is great but we can train the right candidate
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
