Administrative Assistant

Michael P. Mullen, CPA, PLLC has an opening at our St. Louis Park, MN location. We are in search of a qualified candidate to join our administrative team. We are a full-service accounting firm providing audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services.

The ideal candidate will be able to fulfill the following functions:

· Provide general administrative support to fulfill the day to day operating needs of the firm.

· Assist with all phases of audit and tax return processing including scanning, filing and assembling of the final product.

· Proofread processed reports to ensure accuracy.

· Reception work including answering phones and greeting clients and visitors.

· Interact professionally with accounting staff and clients.

Starting salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer paid holidays, the best medical and dental coverage available, as well as a matching Simple IRA plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
