Job Overview:
Supports HR Director and department by executing administrative tasks thereby relieving officials of clerical work/administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. Ensure customer requirements relating to quality and efficiency are met as pertaining to the specific duties and responsibilities below.
- Coordinates and arranges training, meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and orders catered meals as required
- Responsible for HR store room, quality-catch program & inventory management/distribution
- Supports visual management for department and plant (Bulletin boards, PFM boards, etc.)
- Organizes, scans, and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records as required; makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials
- Composes and types routine/confidential correspondence, reports, articles etc.
- Prepares/collects outgoing/incoming mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes for department, manages certified mail/postage machine
- Maintains office supplies for department and orders as required, personnel special orders/packages
- Office Notary
- Screens incoming main phone line
- Administrations of MVRs, creation of Purchase Orders, service awards, Employee Self-Service support, Vendor reimbursement support
Work Experience and skills:
- 2 years minimum applicable job experience in similar level and industry
- Microsoft Office
- SAP - not required
- Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- High degree of confidentiality
- Energetic self-starter
- Multitasking ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
