* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Preparing business correspondence through Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email. 10 key is a plus.
* Answering multi-line phone systems
* Operating office machines such as a photocopiers, computers, fax machines, etc.
* Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory, logistics, scheduling, and managing inventory
* General experience with A/R and A/P is a plus but not required.
