Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistantresponsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to a Bank's Compliance and Risk Department.
- A wide range of activities may include word processing and spreadsheet data entry.
- Maintaining the Action Item Matrix tracking log.
- Smartsheet maintenance.
- Assisting with Compliance and Risk Analyst reminder letters and follow-up!
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work experience in a banking environment is a plus.
- Banking compliance and/or risk management experience is a plus.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
