SalaryLoudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Northern Virginia, has exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a busy family practice in Leesburg, VA.
General Responsibilities:
- Code and enter all vendor invoices into QuickBooks
- Analyze vendor statements for accuracy and correct all discrepancies
- Process weekly check runs
- Deposit cash/checks weekly
- File invoices, expense reports and other documents maintained by the accounting department
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Degree
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks experience required
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills and experience
- Medical background a plus
- Professional demeanor
