Job Description
LS Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Federal Aviation Administration. The successful candidate must have the ability to analyze and document business processes and requirements and to effectively communicate concepts and proposed solution and will support the FAA in the standardization, development, and deployment of executive level processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provides general office automation, coordination and administrative skills necessary for handling the routine administrative functions of a Government office, excluding the inherently governmental functions. Possesses proficiency with MS Office products. Candidate will work with the Test Lead and attend FNS Sustainment Integrated Test Team meetings (various) and will capture notes and track action items. Candidate will be asked to take notes for other branch related CLINS on an as needed basis. Candidate will grow in the role taking over KSN tasking and ISO work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of expereince. 15 years of expereince may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
- Applicant must possess or meet eligibility requirements for passing a background check.
- Applicant must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and work well as a team player.
- Ability to learn and understand complex technical terms/materials.
- Experience editing business documents and other project and technical documentation as directed.
- Ability to adapt to changing document specifications and ability to manage a multi-author/multi-reviewer publication/correspondence is required.
- Ability to articulate and write to and communicate with changing audiences.
- Knowledgeable on document methodology, framework, versioning, etc.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Applicant must understand that sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
