Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Review and entry of mail.
Database entry (new files)
Database entry (accounting)
Drafting letters
Assist paralegals and attorneys in multiple capacities.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry
- Knowledge of Abacus Law is a plus, but not required
