Administrative Assistant

About the Position: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health is a fast paced and dynamic 56 bed adult inpatient psychiatric hospital. We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in the administration department. Duties include answering the phones, facility correspondence including faxing discharge clinical, managing the consumer property room, preparing training materials, and maintaining and monitoring a variety of databases. Will assist Directors with data collection and data entry in order to ensure compliance with standards and policies. This position will also utilize a variety of computer applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and our electronic medical record. The duties of this position require strong skills in multitasking, customer service, and critical thinking.

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of four years of technical clerical office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements:

• Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required
