```Responsibilities```
-The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Society and patient care coordination services that enhance quality service to Members, patients, dental professionals and co-workers. This individual serves as part of a three-person team, ensuring that Member needs are met, assisting in planning and implementation of NHDS events and programs and ensuring the efficient operation of office systems. This position is located in Concord, NH. The post is on-site, three days per week (8:30-4:30).
Qualifications```
- Professional, helpful and positive phone skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficiency in Windows office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to use office technologies including fax, copier/scanner, postage meter
- Team-oriented approach to working in a high-energy environment
- Familiarity with oral health and/or medical/dental terminology.
- Experience working in a medical/dental/health care setting preferable
- Must possess valid NH Driver’s License
- High school diploma required
