Right at Home is currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our company part time, moving to full time with growth. We prefer candidates who have some administrative support experience, but are willing to train the right person. The current schedule we are looking to fill would be Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:30 am - 5 pm.
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages.
- Contact applicants and schedule interviews
- Build new hire and new client files and file appropriately
- Update client and employee information in Scheduling platform
- Monitor and maintain Office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
Administrative Assistant Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant a plus
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Word and common office equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-Starter who works well independently
