Anytime Restoration is growth mode and in need of an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! We are a full-service restoration company. We perform water, fire, mold and storm restoration. You will be responsible for clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Marketing, Mitigation and Finance team
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events for the Marketing team
- Back up receptionist
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
