```Duties```
-Answer phone/e-mails
-Create detailed shipping tickets/bill of ladings
-Schedule inbound/outbound loads
-Correspond with suppliers/buyers
-Manage records pertaining to all loads
-Update CRM information
-Operate truck scale
-Update Excel spreadsheet daily
-Additional duties and tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
