Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 depending on qualifications and experience
RADIAS Health is hiring an Administrative Assistantto provide administrative support to the staff on the Whatever It Takes (WIT), Community Care Services (CCST), and Community Competency Retoration (CCR) teams at RADIAS Health. These teams provide mental health services to clients with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders throughout the state of Minnesota.
The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the team and is responsible for the overall organization and management of the office and administrative activities such as: maintaining files, documentation of records and electronic record keeping systems, scanning, insurance tracking, ordering office supplies, generating reports, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and managing program bank accounts and financial information. This position works with a diverse group of external and internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9 am - 5 pm
This position is hybrid, and will work some days onsite and other days from home.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of client records in electronic health record (EHR) system for assigned programs by:
- Maintain MN-ITS MHIS data entry per program requirements.
- Prepare, export, and provide reports as requested by program supervisors and staff.
- Comply with and maintain all protected health information.
- Prioritize and organize daily tasks for efficient and timely completion.
- Provide coverage at the Front Desk as needed.
- Assist other Administrative Assistants with projects and assignments as needed.
- Pickup, prepare and drop off company mail.
- Provide back-up for check preparations/ACH transfers for the Representative Payee program based on business need.
- Additional program specific essential functions:
- Bill "Waivered Para" services as appropriate, at minimum once per month
- Download and attach Initial Assessments and/or Reassessments
- Perform audits and present findings to the team for follow-up
- Complete Records Requests and/or International Classification of Diseases (ICD)10 requests
- Address annual paperwork as appropriate
- Intake paperwork/AMRTC records for WIT clients must be added upon opening client
- Confirm data for County of Responsibility and County of Residence are updated and correct in client profile
- Address and manage Social Security/Court/Rule 20 requests for records and use EMRS website as appropriate
- Create/prepare surveys and quarterly reporting for CCST
- Run, export and provide BI reports (What's Due, ROI etc) to Program Director and staff as appropriate
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with the following computer software: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks.
- Prior administrative experience and record keeping
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills.
