Purpose and Scope:
Provide administrative support services for Tru Vue-Operations Team

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations and his direct reports, as requested. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Coordinating travel arrangements, schedules, meeting requests, events or celebrations, processing of expense reports, etc.
· Assist in maintaining detailed and organized data records for the department.
· Maintain office supply inventory and maintain office equipment, as well as coordinate repair service.
· Type correspondence and prepare presentation material as requested.
2. Provide administrative and project support to visiting Tru Vue Operations executives and others as needed.
3. Participate actively in the Lean Sigma and Continuous Improvement culture.
· Learn, understand, and follow documented work procedures.
· Document and monitor procedures and processes to eliminate variation and promote sharing of knowledge. Assist in development of work instructions, training and auditing team members and assisting in special projects.
· Interact and function effectively in a high performance environment. Foster a “How can I help you?” environment through proactive support of employees at all levels.
· Initiate and support continuous improvement and elimination of waste and variation in processes using established improvement processes.
4. All other duties as necessary to ensure the success of Tru Vue, Inc.

Education and Experience: (minimum requirements)
Requires associates degree or technical training certification and 3-5 years previous experience in administrative positions for management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This job is primarily performed in an office environment. The noise level in the office is generally moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently interacts with individuals on the plant floor, near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.
