Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our office by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Prepare documents for distribution and loan requests
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with workflow and Client data management
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Ability to learn new software for Pension accounting and tax preparation
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented mindset
