Jewel Pools & Outdoor Living is a growing design/build landscape and pool construction company located in Kingwood, TX.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability tomultitaskeffectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Collect client payments and make bank deposits
- Light bookkeeping duties such as entering payments, sending invoices, and generating reports
- Maintain and update files, records, and documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assistance with marketing
- Support the sales/production staff
Required skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Calendar
- Quickbooks experience required
- Experience in the landscaping, outdoor living, or pool industry a plus
This is a full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Pay starting at $20/hour, depending on experience.
